Services and scope

Services are delivered according to the written proposal, quotation or confirmed message. Work outside the agreed scope may require a revised timeline and fee.

Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for supplying accurate business information, content, approvals and required access in a timely manner.

• Confirm that supplied content and media may be used
• Review and approve work within agreed timelines
• Protect account credentials and remove access when no longer required

Payments

Fees are payable in Indian Rupees in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party costs and advertising spend are separate unless the scope explicitly states otherwise.

Search and marketing results

Search rankings, leads, calls, revenue, ad approval and platform decisions cannot be guaranteed. Vedanshi E-Services commits to the agreed work and responsible practices, not a guaranteed commercial result.

Intellectual property

The client retains rights to materials they supply. Ownership and usage of project deliverables follow the accepted scope and full payment of applicable invoices.

Suspension and termination

Work may be paused for overdue payments, missing access, unlawful requests or platform-policy risks. Either party may end ongoing services according to the agreed notice terms.

Updates

These terms may be updated when services or legal requirements change. The version displayed here applies from the stated review date unless a separate written agreement controls the engagement.
