Service scope and approval
Digital marketing and development work uses time, planning and third-party resources. The agreed scope, deliverables and payment schedule should be reviewed before work begins.
Monthly services
Monthly fees are paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellation requests should be emailed at least five days before the next billing date. Completed work and elapsed service periods are not refundable.
One-time projects
For website, setup and other one-time projects, any refund depends on the written scope, work already completed and non-recoverable third-party costs. Approved milestones and delivered work are not automatically refundable.
Third-party costs
Domain, hosting, advertising, messaging usage, software and other external provider charges are governed by those providers and are generally non-refundable through Vedanshi E-Services.
Raise a concern
Contact us promptly if the delivered work does not match the agreed scope. We will review the issue and first seek a reasonable correction or resolution.
